Job Summary: Active monitoring of CCTV cameras, detection and reporting of incidents, operational coordination, and incident logging. Key Highlights: 1. Salary: PEN 1,150 \+ PEN 350 mobility bonus Responsibilities: Active and continuous monitoring of CCTV cameras. Detection and reporting of incidents, suspicious situations, and security events. Coordination with operational staff and store managers during incidents. Operation of cameras and video surveillance software. Logging of incidents and shift reports. Basic verification of camera and equipment functionality. Review, storage, and tracking of recordings when required. Requirements: Experience in CCTV monitoring, video surveillance, or security. Proficiency with DVR/NVR systems. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Observational, analytical, and responsive capabilities. Responsibility and sound operational judgment. Immediate availability. 8-hour shifts from 9 AM to 6 PM, including a 1-hour break. 6 days on / 1 day off; rest day is Monday, subject to prior coordination with the administrator.
