Position Summary: Solventa Fintech is seeking Telephone Collections Operators to manage customer portfolios and follow up on payment commitments, including via digital channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage collections from customers with early and late delinquencies. 2. Follow up on and reinforce payment commitments. 3. We are a leading international lending company, currently seeking Telephone Collections Operators to join our team in Lima under a 100% in-person work modality. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage collections from customers with early and late delinquencies within the Peru portfolio. * Follow up on and reinforce payment commitments made by customers. * Execute collection activities also through digital channels such as WhatsApp. **What do you need to apply?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone collections (Mandatory). * Completed secondary education. * Basic proficiency in Office tools. * Availability to work in-person in the district of Surco.
