Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, responsible, and goal-oriented Production and Warehouse Operator to operate cutting machines, ensure quality, and support warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate cutting machines and fulfill the daily production schedule. 2. Perform quality control of cut material and conduct basic machine maintenance. 3. Assist in goods receipt, location, storage, and dispatch. Arclad del Perú S.A.C**.**, a leading company in the importation and distribution of papers and self-adhesive films for the graphic industry, with over 29 years of presence in the Peruvian market, is currently seeking a committed, responsible, and goal-oriented Production and Warehouse Operator to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Operate the assigned cutting machine, ensuring compliance with the daily production schedule. * Meet established productivity and quality indicators. * Perform quality control of cut material (cleanliness, tension, packaging, and labeling). * Replace blades and perform basic preventive machine maintenance according to the scheduled plan. * Promptly report any incidents related to the machine, material, or production process. * Transport and place finished materials in picking or packing zones. * Assist in goods receipt, location, labeling, storage, and dispatch. * Maintain order and cleanliness in Production and Warehouse areas. * Participate in physical inventories when required. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial production, manufacturing, or warehousing (experience as a machinist or equipment operator preferred). * Experience operating production machinery (preferred). * Knowledge of good practices in industrial order and safety. * Responsible, punctual, organized individual with ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits. * Monthly salary of S/ 1,600\. * Mobility allowance of S/ 200\. * Productivity bonus of S/ 400 (subject to performance). * Direct employment contract on payroll. * Work location: Ate, Lima. * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
