Job Summary: We are seeking an Emergency Call Center Operator to handle telephone inquiries and manage medical emergencies arising from personal accidents and SOAT insurance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and handling of medical emergency calls 2. Coordination and advisory services for insured patients' medical care 3. Data entry and digitization of information into systems MEDI\-K S.A.C. is looking for top talent to join our team as an EMERGENCY CALL CENTER OPERATOR to conduct telephone-based assistance and emergency response, thereby meeting our customers' needs. **FUNCTIONS** * Reception and handling of medical emergency calls related to personal accidents and SOAT insurance from insurance companies * Coordination and advisory services regarding medical care for insured patients at healthcare providers (Ipress) within the insurer's medical network * Data entry, uploading, and digitization of information into proprietary systems * Issuance of emergency guarantee letters for insured patients' medical care **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency call center operations * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Prior experience serving clients in clinics and medical centers is preferred * Willingness to work standard and/or rotating shifts as required, including Sundays and holidays, with one day off per week * On-site work required **BENEFITS** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one, with all statutory labor benefits under the MYPE regime * Biweekly and monthly salary payments * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Working hours from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week; overtime pay applicable when required Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
