Job Summary: We are seeking an operator/dispatcher to plan, assign, and coordinate routes, and monitor vehicles via GPS platforms on a technology-driven mobility platform. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we operate as the official mobility provider for Jorge Chávez International Airport and for Lima’s most important shopping malls and corporations. **What We Require:** * Familiarity with Lima’s districts and route navigation. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an operator and/or dispatcher in call centers, monitoring centers, or logistics and distribution companies. * Proficiency in GPS platforms. * User-level MS Office skills (data entry capability). * Customer service experience, either in-person or virtual. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Safe transportation with discounts on our taxi fleet. * Corporate discounts with partner brands. * A collaborative, flat, and approachable culture where every individual can propose and lead projects. * An environment that values your well-being and professional growth. * **Base salary: S/ 1,700 plus performance-based bonuses** **Responsibilities:** * Plan, assign, and coordinate vehicle routes. * Monitor vehicles using GPS platforms. * Record and report service incidents. **Work Modality \- Option 1 \- Afternoon Shift (2 PM\-10 PM)** * On-site work schedule (Monday to Friday), remote work on weekends. * Day off: One day per week (Saturday or Sunday). * Public holidays: Worked as operationally required. * Commuter assistance provided (designated stops in Cercado and Callao — non-exclusive). * Location: Miraflores. **Work Modality \- Option 2 \- Night Shift (10 PM\-6 AM)** * On-site work schedule (Sunday to Thursday), remote work on weekends. * Day off: One day per week (Friday or Saturday). * Public holidays: Worked as operationally required. * No commuter assistance provided. * Location: Miraflores. **Good luck!** Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate your district of residence. * Indicate the GPS platforms you have used.
