You are invited to join our team as: **LEVEL 1 OPERATOR** **Requirements:** * University or technical graduate in Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics, Networks and Communications, or related fields. * One year of experience as a NOC/SOC operator. * CCNA and/or NSE4 certification. * **Mandatory availability to work rotating shifts 24x7 (ON-SITE)** **Responsibilities:** * Customer technical support and assistance for corporate clients * Technical incident diagnosis and resolution * Proactive service monitoring. * Detection and diagnosis of widespread incidents. * Analysis of case recurrence – Service optimization. * Ability to analyze network failures. * Coordination of maintenance activities at client sites – On-site technician support. **Knowledge Requirements:** · Networking knowledge – CCNA certification **(PREFERRED).** · Security equipment knowledge – Firewall certification **(PREFERRED)** · Cybersecurity and ethical hacking knowledge **(PREFERRED)** · Monitoring tools: SNMP / NETFLOW **We value diversity and inclusion.
