Opportunity for professional development and continuous learning. At Watchmen Perú, we are currently looking for a **Monitoring and Service Support Operator** to join our operations team. We seek a responsible, organized, and customer-oriented individual who will contribute to ensuring continuous monitoring of electronic security systems and proper incident management, thereby guaranteeing timely response and compliance with the company's established protocols. Responsibilities * Continuously monitor electronic security systems (alarms, CCTV, GPS, and other devices). * Respond to and manage alarm signals in accordance with established procedures. * Verify security events and conduct appropriate communications with customers, supervisors, and technical staff. * Coordinate dispatch of technical staff for incident resolution and service delivery. * Provide telephone customer support, addressing inquiries and recording requests. * Record and update incident, event, and service information in internal systems. * Track technical services until closure. * Prepare incident and shift-related activity reports. * Promptly report any detected system monitoring failures or anomalies. * Comply with operational protocols, safety standards, and internal company policies. Requirements * Completed technical studies in Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in alarm monitoring, CCTV, service support, call center, or similar roles. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience in electronic security or monitoring companies is desirable. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
