




Job Summary: The People Analyst administratively manages the plant's operational staff to ensure uninterrupted production, covering responsibilities from shift scheduling to performance indicator management and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the administrative oversight of operational staff to ensure production continuity. 2. Participates in the validation and monitoring of the daily production schedule. 3. Leads risk identification and compliance with safety regulations. **Position Title:** People Analyst.**Location:** Lima Cercado.**Employment Type:** Full-time.**Reports To:** Plant Manager Food and Beverages. **Department:** Factory. **Position Purpose:** Administers all operational staff assigned to the plant to ensure continuous production. **A Day in the Life of...** * Develops weekly shift schedules for the plant's various production lines. Ensures adherence to the daily production schedule while accounting for medical leaves, absences, overtime, and operational staff constraints. " * Participates in validating the production schedule and monitors daily production schedule compliance. * Manages and enters permits, schedule changes, compensatory hours, overtime, and shift assignments into the system, verifying staff time records for payroll processing. * Supports implementation of medical leave and restriction policies. * Initiates recruitment requests based on plant needs, analyzing staffing trend data to improve overtime efficiency and reduce absenteeism. * Ensures timely evaluation of temporary staff for contract renewal or stabilization processes. * Manages direct and indirect labor data: Overtime, Absenteeism, Disciplinary Actions, and proposes improvement initiatives. * Monitors plant productivity indicators (Asset Intensity, Labor Productivity, Material Variance, MSA), identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. * Conducts root cause analysis and develops action plans for each indicator. * Ensures new operational staff receive both general onboarding and line-specific onboarding." * Ensures execution of the plant’s annual training plan for operational staff. Coordinates training hours with operator shift schedules to ensure training adherence and full operator attendance." * Ensures implementation and response coverage of the mini-employee engagement survey. * Leads plant risk identification, promotes personal and peer safety by enforcing safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents. * Authorizes work permits: Hot Work, Height Work, Mode 4, Confined Space—ensuring continuity of high-risk tasks under safety standards. * Complies with and enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management System requirements (NMS, 5S). * Facilitates QMS Mobile usage on production lines. * Identifies improvement opportunities for key performance indicators (IPA). * Leads/participates in area improvement activities (SDCA / PDCA), ensuring timely achievement of planned results. * Participates in and ensures execution of the plant’s continuous improvement implementation plan to meet established objectives. Conducts coaching on NCE, Safety, and Quality tools on production lines / department. * **What Will Make You Successful:*** University graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Food Industry, Production and Industrial Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Agroindustrial Engineering. * Minimum 1 year verifiable experience in manufacturing, preferably in a People Analyst role managing personnel in a factory setting. * Intermediate Excel * Intermediate Power BI * Intermediate Power Apps * English: Basic to Intermediate (ideal) * SAP: Basic. **Competencies:** * Active listening and effective understanding of people’s needs. * Strong interpersonal relationship skills. * Clear, assertive, and effective communication. * Constructive conflict management and resolution. * Proactive identification of opportunities and initiative-taking.
