At La Burgueseria, we seek a responsible, organized, and committed individual to join our team as a Production and Kitchen Operator. The position’s primary responsibility is the preparation and supply of ingredients for daily operations, as well as providing kitchen support whenever necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES PRODUCTION * Portioning of meats and ingredients. * Preparation of sauces and accompaniments. * Organization and storage of products. * Labeling and basic inventory control. * Supplying ingredients for operations. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area. OPERATIONS * Assisting on the grill when orders arrive. * Preparing and assembling menu items. * Assisting with order dispatch. * Adhering to quality and hygiene standards. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in kitchen work, food production, or food handling. * Prior experience in burger restaurants, fast food, or restaurants is preferred. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Organizational skills. * Willingness to work as part of a team. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
