Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect production processes and products, ensuring compliance with standards and objectives set by the Operations Management. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork to report and resolve plant issues *We are* ***Virutex Ilko*** *with 32 years of operation in the Peruvian market and 80 years in the Latin American market, with offices in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Hong Kong, as well as presence in 22 countries worldwide. We operate two business lines: Cleaning (featuring brands Virutex and Virutex Pro) and Kitchen (representing our brand Ilko).* We are currently seeking a **Quality Inspector** for our production plant located in Huachipa \- Lima. **The main objective of this role is:** * To inspect production processes to anticipate contingencies that could lead to complaints due to non-compliance with established standards, thereby achieving targets set by Operations Management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify correct completion of self-inspection forms by production staff * Inspect products (finished goods \+ semi-finished goods) * Prepare inspection reports using samples received from each of the 4 production lines (every 30–40 minutes) * Prepare shift handover reports (incoming and outgoing shifts) * Prepare raw material inspection reports * Inspect incoming raw materials and validate conformity * Fill sample containers into boxes and place them on pallets * Evaluate samples (bags, raw materials, paper, boxes, etc.) * Report plant issues during the shift to operators, supervisors, coordinators, and plant management * Check instruments and work equipment * Lift boxes and packages (2\.8 kg to 8 kg) 20–40 times per shift to inspect finished goods * Clean the work area * Support the company’s annual fixed asset inventory **Requirements:** * Graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in finished product quality inspection within industrial companies, with availability for rotating shifts **Required Technical Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office **Required Competencies:** **Cross-functional** · Perseverance in achieving objectives · Commitment · Prudence · Integrity · Innovation and creativity · Teamwork · Leadership **Functional** · Planning and organizational ability · Results orientation **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract starting on the first day of work, including all statutory benefits * 100% covered commuting transportation * 80% covered meals * Corporate discounts on our Virutex and Ilko products * Birthday leave day *Virutex Ilko is an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination.* *By applying to this vacancy, you grant Virutex Ilko your consent to directly or through third parties process all personal data you provide or that is generated as a result of your participation in this selection process.* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to work in Huachipa?
