Job Summary: ACCIONA is seeking a radio operator/data entry clerk for corrective maintenance, focused on administrative management and processing of work orders for water services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages work orders and coordinates with engineers and field crews. 2. Updates the status of work orders in the SGIOC system. 3. As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts to drive sustainable development and find solutions to the world’s greatest challenges, such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** Mission: Perform basic administrative tasks and computerized processing of documentation related to one’s unit/department, following instructions provided by the supervisor, in order to meet the needs of internal clients. **Candidate Requirements** ACCIONA, within its Water business, is seeking a radio operator \- data entry clerk for corrective maintenance services. Responsibilities: * Receive work orders issued and registered by SEDAPAL in the SGIOC system. * Coordinate with Resident Engineers and Supervisors regarding scheduling of work orders issued by SEDAPAL. * Review the SGIOC system and directly communicate work orders to field crews after coordination with engineers, updating the work orders in SGIOC to the status “In Progress”. * Upon completion of work orders in the field, update them in SGIOC, registering them with the status “Completed”. * Monitor and control the status of work orders assigned to various field crews, immediately reporting any irregularities to the Resident Engineer for the activity. * Register and/or enter into the system the dismantling reports generated by field crews for subsequent collection. * Register and/or enter into the system the pavement reinstatement reports for execution. * Enter and process incoming work orders into the SGIOC system when required by the respective department. * Schedule complementary activities, including asphalt patching. * Archive and monitor all daily reports from all departments (Distribution, Collection, and Connections). * Register in the system locations designated for dismantling and pole collection. * Report emergencies to the Coordinating Engineer, Resident Engineer, and SEDAPAL for appropriate corrective actions. * Immediately report any occupational hazards or accidents; correctly use PPE and work equipment; ensure personal and others’ safety and well-being; and participate in training sessions and activities scheduled by the company. Requirements: * Technical diploma or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. * Experience using the SGIOC system (preferred).
