Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in manufacturing mechanical parts, operating machines and tools, and reading engineering drawings to program and machine parts on FANUC CNC lathes. Key Highlights: 1. Manufacturing mechanical parts using conventional lathes and FANUC CNC lathes. 2. Machining parts from various materials and optimizing machining cycles. 3. Reading engineering drawings and using measuring instruments. **Requirements:** · Extensive knowledge of mechanical part manufacturing. · Proficiency in operating machines and tools (conventional lathe, FANUC CNC lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc.). · Ability to read engineering drawings and perform measurements with tight tolerances. · Familiarity with measuring instruments: vernier calipers, micrometers, scribers, dial indicators, protractors, etc. **Responsibilities:** · Programming and machining parts on FANUC CNC lathes. · Machining parts from various types of materials. · Reviewing technical documentation and part drawings for turning operations. · Selecting cutting tools required for the machining process. · Supervising and optimizing machining cycles. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:36 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
