Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with extensive knowledge in manufacturing mechanical parts to program and machine components on FANUC CNC lathes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in manufacturing mechanical parts and operating machine tools. 2. Proficiency in programming and operating FANUC CNC lathes. 3. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments. **Requirements:** · Extensive knowledge in manufacturing mechanical parts. · Proficiency in operating machines and tools (conventional lathe and FANUC CNC lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc.). · Knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings and taking measurements with tight tolerances. · Proficiency in using measuring instruments: vernier calipers, micrometers, scribers, dial indicators, protractors, etc. **Responsibilities:** · Program and manufacture components on FANUC CNC lathes. · Machine components from various materials. · Review technical documentation and component drawings for turning operations. · Select cutting tools required for the machining process. · Monitor and optimize machining cycles. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:36 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
