We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** What the position entails: Supervise the operation of utility equipment and facilities through technical, operational, and preventive maintenance plans—both internally managed and outsourced. Challenges of the position: * Coordinate execution of preventive and corrective utility activities according to technical resource availability and budget constraints. * Collaborate with the production area to analyze incidents caused by or originating from utilities, establishing actions to improve reliability and efficiency outcomes. * Analyze and report key KPIs for the Maintenance Department and Plant Management (preventive and autonomous plan compliance, electricity consumption, diesel consumption, and CO2\), to identify improvement opportunities at both management and investment levels. * Control scheduling and delivery of autonomous maintenance orders to operators, ensuring adherence to procedures defined by the CoE Supply. **Requirements** Who are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial utilities management or auxiliary services maintenance within industrial plants. * Proficiency in advanced use of tools such as Excel and Power BI. * Willingness to work on-site in Huachipa. **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
