Job Summary: Cleaning and Technical Maintenance Operator responsible for hygiene, disinfection, and operation of specialized machinery in a pharmaceutical company. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial cleaning experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. 2. Operation of Shasqui industrial floor buffer and hydraulic pallet jack. 3. Strict compliance with biosafety regulations and use of PPEs. **Cleaning and Technical Maintenance Operator** **Location: Los Olivos, Lima (North Zone)** **Salary: S/.1200** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6:45 PM** **Department: Operations / Maintenance / Industrial Cleaning** **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive cleaning: Perform maintenance, hygiene, and disinfection of assigned areas within the pharmaceutical company (offices, warehouses, and common areas). * Operation of cleaning equipment: Efficient and safe handling of industrial floor buffer (Shasqui) for floor treatment and preservation. * Material handling: Operate hydraulic pallet jack / electronic forklift to transport cleaning supplies, waste, or heavy materials internally within the facility. * Strict adherence to biosafety regulations, use of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), and pharmaceutical-sector cleaning protocols. **Candidate Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar industrial cleaning roles, preferably in pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, mass-consumption facilities, or warehouses (verifiable with employment certificates). * Technical Knowledge: **o Mandatory proficiency in operating the Shasqui industrial floor buffer.** **o Operation and control of hydraulic pallet jack (electronic forklift).** * Core competencies: High sense of responsibility, punctuality, dynamism, and excellent physical condition for physically demanding tasks (lifting loads and operating machinery). **We Offer:** * Direct payroll enrollment with all statutory benefits. * Safe workplace with full provision of high-quality PPEs.
