Position Summary: Perform comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and disinfection at a pharmaceutical company, operating machinery and transporting supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility, punctuality, and dynamism for demanding tasks. **Cleaning and Technical Maintenance Operator** **Location: Los Olivos, Lima (North Zone)** **Salary: S/.1200** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6:45 PM** **Department: Operations / Maintenance / Industrial Cleaning** **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive cleaning: Perform maintenance, hygiene, and disinfection of assigned areas within the pharmaceutical company (offices, warehouses, and common areas). * Operation of cleaning machinery: Efficient and safe handling of industrial floor scrubber (Shasqui) for floor treatment and preservation. * Transportation of supplies: Operate hydraulic pallet jack / electronic forklift for internal movement of cleaning materials, waste, or heavy supplies within the facility. * Strict adherence to biosafety standards, use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and pharmaceutical-sector cleaning protocols. **Candidate Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar industrial cleaning roles, preferably in pharmaceutical companies, laboratories, mass-consumption firms, or warehouses (verified experience with employment certificates). * Technical Knowledge: **o Mandatory proficiency in operating the Shasqui industrial floor scrubber.** **o Operation and control of hydraulic pallet jack (electronic forklift).** * Core competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, dynamism, and excellent physical condition for labor-intensive tasks (handling loads and operating machinery). **We Offer:** * Direct payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Safe workplace with full provision of high-quality PPE.
