To achieve this, we have a committed team of highly qualified professionals who contribute to the development of each of our projects. **Join Witnam Real Estate!** We are currently seeking an **Excavator Machine Operator** for our **Guaral Village** project, located in **Huaral**. **Job Objective** Safely and efficiently operate the excavator to perform excavation, leveling, earthmoving, and other activities required in the project’s development, ensuring proper equipment functionality and compliance with established schedules. Requirements * Proven experience as an Excavator Machine Operator (minimum 2 years). * Knowledge of safe heavy machinery operation and earthmoving. * Valid driver's license (if required for equipment operation). * Basic knowledge of preventive machinery maintenance. * Availability to work on-site in Huaral. * Responsible, committed individual with teamwork capability and goal-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate the excavator according to project requirements and safety procedures. * Carry out excavation, leveling, trench digging, loading, and material handling tasks. * Check the machinery’s operational status daily before starting the shift. * Promptly report any mechanical failure or incident affecting equipment operation. * Comply with safety and risk prevention standards throughout all operations. * Coordinate with the site supervisor and field staff to execute scheduled activities. * Maintain appropriate cleanliness and condition of the machinery. **Working Conditions** * Monthly salary of **S/ 3,000\.00**. * Lunch provided by the company. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, from **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**, and **Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** * Workplace: **Guaral Village Project – Huaral**. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. **Benefits** * Lunch provided by the company. * Excellent working environment. * Job stability. * Participation in a growing major real estate project. * Opportunity for professional development within the company.
