We are seeking a **Fuel Controller** to collaborate with us on the **Corredor Vial 41A** project. Your responsibilities: * Supervise fuel supply to equipment and vehicles on site, ensuring correct allocation and recording. * Safeguard and control supporting documentation (delivery notes, vouchers, daily logs). * Maintain daily fuel consumption records per equipment, operator, and shift. * Monitor and control fuel stock levels (inflows vs. outflows), identifying variances or discrepancies. * Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams regarding fuel supply for equipment and generator sets. * Fulfill fuel supply requests from third-party equipment, subject to appropriate authorization. * Record and report daily and monthly consumption data and performance indicators. * Validate payment receipts (gallons, prices, totals) against internal consumption records. * Manage inventory of associated supplies (oils, coolants, tires, spare parts, etc.). * Promptly alert on overconsumption, variances, or potential fuel losses.
