Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant for SALUS PREVENTIVA SAC. to manage document receipt, supplier tracking, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Document and goods receipt management 2. Supplier and purchase order tracking 3. Preparation of management and inventory reports We are SALUS PREVENTIVA SAC., a clinic with 10 years of experience in occupational health, and we are currently seeking top human talent to fill the position of: **Logistics Assistant.** **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. · Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Excel (minimum). · Experience in logistics and warehouse operations. · Preferably residing in Ate or neighboring districts. **Responsibilities:** · Receipt and registration of documents. · Verify goods receipt against the receiving guide and invoice. · Conduct supplier follow-up. · Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts and system registration. · Prepare management indicator reports. · Manage purchase orders. · Invoice entry costing. · Prepare documentation for Finance and Accounting departments. · Market price mapping for products within the sector. · Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** · Salary: Market-competitive · Pleasant work environment. · Ongoing training opportunities. · Timely salary payments.
