Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Human Resources Intern to support the development of manuals, recruitment, human development, and personnel administration. Key Highlights: 1. Support in developing internal manuals and procedures. 2. Execution of the recruitment, selection, and hiring process. 3. Support in personnel administration and labor benefits management. We are looking for a: PROFESSIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of human resources management topics, including planning, policy and procedure design, compensation and benefits, payroll management, among others. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in developing and updating the Organization and Functions Manual, organizational chart, internal procedures, and other related documents. * Execute the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for personnel. * Support in implementing Human Development programs (Onboarding, Performance Evaluation, Training, Recognition Programs, etc.). * Support in processing statutory labor benefits (vacation pay, bonuses, profit-sharing, social benefit settlements, CTS). * Participate in personnel administration (attendance tracking, incidents, employee files, disciplinary actions, terminations, vacations, employment contracts, and training agreements, etc.). * Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES:** * Effective communication. * Initiative. * Problem-solving ability.
