Position Summary: A wholesale plastic products company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full talent lifecycle and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and personnel administration 2. Handles labor legislation and labor inspections 3. Ensures compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Good day. A wholesale plastic products company with over 40 years in the market is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Training courses in talent management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles managing human resources processes. * Solid knowledge of current labor legislation and labor inspection procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute employee recruitment and selection activities. * Prepare payroll registers (biweekly and monthly). * File PDT Plame and AFP Net declarations. * Submit payment receipts, CTS certificates, and other related documents. * Draft employment contracts, addendums, and/or contract amendments. * Schedule incoming and annual EMO (Occupational Medical Examinations). * Manage SCTR and Life Insurance policies. * Process registrations, cancellations, and modifications in the T\-Register. * Calculate Social Benefits settlements. * Respond to Sunafil inspections. * Maintain effective control over employment contracts, vacations, and disciplinary actions. * Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Process subsidy reimbursement procedures. **BENEFITS** * Immediate formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * Location: Puente Piedra \- Ensenada. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:50 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 7:50 AM to 1:00 PM. * Work Modality: 100% on-site.
