Job Summary: Ever Star is seeking responsible and proactive Cleaning Operators to maintain hygiene and ensure the smooth operation of its retail stores. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas. 2. Prepare and clean designated spaces. 3. Ensure replenishment of cleaning supplies. Welcome! We are currently seeking Cleaning Operators for our physical stores. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Male candidates preferred, up to 40 years of age * Minimum 3 months of experience in maintenance and cleaning tasks * Experience in shopping malls is desirable * Charismatic, empathetic, proactive, and dynamic * Full-time availability * Responsible, punctual, and honest * Must reside in nearby areas **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas to support operational efficiency and hygiene standards. * Prepare and clean spaces assigned by the supervisor. * Maintain continuous cleanliness without interfering with staff activities, providing necessary support when required. * Ensure and report replenishment of company cleaning supplies. **BENEFITS OFFERED:** * 15 days of vacation upon completing one year of employment with us * Microenterprise labor regime (AFP, ESSALUD / LIFE INSURANCE / SCTR provided; gratification and CTS are not currently offered) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Full-time **SALARY:** S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,450.00 per month Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,450.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you immediately available?
