Position Summary: A footwear company is seeking talent for an IT Support role, performing maintenance tasks, providing technical support, updating records, and collaborating as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT equipment park. 2. End-user support for applications and software programs. 3. Incident logging, antivirus updates, and IT security management. The company specializes in women's footwear retail and is currently seeking qualified talent to fill the IT Support position. Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the IT equipment park, both at the office and in stores. \- Provide support for various applications and software programs used by end users. \- Maintain daily incident logs; update antivirus console and verify IT security measures. \- Implement network connection points. \- Obtain quotations from suppliers for purchasing IT products and supplies. \- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Punctuality, effective communication, teamwork, and strong sense of responsibility. \- Basic knowledge: SQL databases, Windows servers and operating systems, CCTV equipment operation, networking, Windows, Office, internet, remote or on-site application support, printers, routers, Wi-Fi, DVR video cameras, antivirus. \- Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday midday. Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
