Plans maintenance activities and monitors cleaning. **Job Description:** A prominent transportation company: Responsible for organizing and supervising maintenance and cleaning operational staff to ensure vehicles and facilities are in optimal condition for service. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Technical Higher Education (minimum). * **Experience:** Minimum experience supervising cleaning staff in retail stores or car washes. * **Age:** Up to 42 years old. * **Knowledge:** Personnel management, cleaning products, and warehouse control. * **Skills:** Punctuality, honesty, and self-control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Monitor internal and external cleaning of units prior to boarding. * Control inventory of supplies and submit procurement requests. * Develop fumigation schedules and training programs. * Report personnel performance and material stock levels. **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** S/ 1,800 \- S/ 2,000 (with performance-based increases). * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (7:00 am – 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm), Monday through Sunday, with weekly rest day. * **Location:** Los Olivos, Lima. * **Benefits:** Formal employment registration (General Regime).
