Sales promotion and display case restocking Hello, We are Alanya Bakery, currently recruiting new MULTIFUNCTIONAL staff for our warehouse and Quadra (Lima) locations. Address: We seek team members who are passionate about customer service and possess knowledge of coffee preparation. MANDATORY This is a full-time position with rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner. * Keep your workstation clean. * Promote sales of products as directed by the store supervisor. * Pack display case orders upon request. * Restock and prepare the dessert and croissant display case. * Process payments. * Issue receipts and/or invoices, as requested by the customer. * Enter in-store and delivery orders into the system. * Perform cash register reconciliation at store opening and closing. * Maintain continuous communication with customers. * Prepare coffee beverages (cold and/or hot). * Conduct inventory counts and submit product requisitions. * Welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner. * Process payments. * Issue receipts and/or invoices, as requested by the customer. * Enter table, take-out, and delivery orders. * Promote sales of products as directed by the store supervisor. * Perform cash register reconciliation at store opening and closing. * Verify incoming store orders. * Verify products in the display case. * Manage customer transactions using the INFOREST system. * Enter orders and ensure correct pricing. * Accept cash and/or credit card payments. * Check product expiration dates, apply FIFO, BPM, and BPA standards. * Know the menu. * Report incidents occurring in your area. * Take customer orders. * Complete administrative forms as required. * Prepare coffee beverages (cold and/or hot). * Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner. * Keep your workstation clean. * Restock and prepare the dessert and croissant display case. * Check espresso extraction time and proper texture. * Operate the espresso machine correctly. * Check equipment temperature and cleanliness to ensure optimal coffee flavor. * Submit daily incident reports. * Check product expiration dates, apply FIFO, BPM, and BPA standards. * Replace filter salts biweekly to ensure product quality for sale. * Properly operate and calibrate coffee grinder settings. * Complete the daily checklist upon arrival, shift handover, and departure, reporting findings to the store supervisor. * Conduct weekly utensil inventory and report counts to the store supervisor at shift end. * Prepare cold brew, chocolates, syrups, and other items. * Serve customers at the display case, learning croissant and dessert contents to provide recommendations and boost sales. * Perform general cleaning of the area and equipment used in this section. * Polish glasses, mugs, display cases, and glassware assets. * Stock desserts—including croissants and pastries—into the display case. * Conduct suggestive selling to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. * Rotate display case products. * General cleaning. * Promote suggestive selling to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. * Ensure necessary supplies are available for beverage preparation. * Document all incidents in your area, submitting a report along with possible solutions. 8-HOUR SHIFTS Compensation: S/.1,500 + SALES BONUS (S/.200–S/.400) Lunch included Rotating Shifts: OPENING: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM CLOSING: 12:00 PM – 8:45 PM If interested, contact us at 998855034 Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
