Job Summary: We are seeking a Reception Supervisor (Customer Service) for a laundry company with experience in customer service and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff supervision (5 receptionists) 2. Handling customer complaints and grievances 3. Supporting customer service and garment reception Our client is a laundry company currently looking for a **RECEPTION SUPERVISOR (CUSTOMER SERVICE)**. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed basic education. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am\-6:00 pm, in San Isidro. \- Experience in customer service and supervising staff. \- Experience in retail, restaurants, convenience stores, or related fields. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise assigned staff (5 receptionists) \- Handle customer complaints or grievances. \- Support customer service and garment reception. **BENEFITS:** \- Full payroll registration \- General labor regime.
