Professional training and development opportunities At **VMIC**, we are looking for a **Retail Construction Supervisor 2** with strong operational leadership, excellent problem-solving ability, and field-level strategic vision to lead high-speed (*Fast\-Track*) commercial remodeling and fit-out projects. **What will be your purpose?** Lead the autonomous operational execution of assigned construction works, controlling costs, quality, schedule, and occupational health and safety (OHS). You will serve as the key liaison between Project Supervisors, contractors, and support departments, promoting continuous improvement and actively participating in the training of Retail Construction Supervisors 1\. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Operations:** Plan daily operations aligned with the overall schedule; accurately and promptly monitor and update progress in the ERP system. * **Financial Management:** Review budget compliance under supervision, validate proper resource allocation (materials/contractors), and identify cost/schedule risks or deviations. * **Field Supervision and OHS:** Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, the OHS matrix (daily meetings, PPEs, checklists), and quality sign-offs prior to valuations. * **Contractor Leadership and Management:** Schedule, evaluate, and supervise contractor progress; manage performance evaluations and feedback meetings. * **Logistics and Documentation Management:** Maintain updated quantity take-offs, daily/weekly reports, as-built drawings, quality dossiers, and strict warehouse control via ERP. * **Client Relations:** Maintain assertive, timely, and transparent communication with clients and internal support departments. **Requirements:** * **Education:** ***Graduate*** in Civil Engineering or Architecture *(Mandatory)*. * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor / Resident Engineer / Senior Assistant on *Retail* projects, store rollouts, or high-speed (*fast track*) projects. * **Technical Knowledge:** * High-level construction planning and management. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (Advanced level), MS Project or scheduling tools (Advanced level), and drawing interpretation. * Familiarity with Agile/Lean Construction methodologies and BIM management (Preferred). * **Core Competencies:** Situational leadership, systems thinking, *Fast\-Track* project management, negotiation skills, and operational resilience under stress. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one under the MYPE regime * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** * Productivity and semi-annual goal-achievement bonus * Anniversary bonus * Training and Development Program featuring specialized courses and tools * Excellent work environment and clear career path **Are you up for the challenge?** If you meet the requirements and seek a continuously growing company where you can demonstrate your talent, **apply today by submitting your CV!** Salary: Starting at S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you hold a registered professional degree (or are currently processing registration) in Civil Engineering or Architecture? * How many years of experience do you have leading retail construction sites, coordinating contractors, and managing field resources? * Have you led projects with tight deadlines (*Fast\-Track*), directly managing safety (OHS), quality, and client relations?
