Commissions based on achievement of objectives On behalf of our client **CASSINELLI**, we are currently seeking **Store Salespeople / Sales Advisors for Cusco.** **Position:** **Commercial/Sales Advisor (Retail)** **What do you need?** * Minimum **6 months’ experience as a sales advisor or store salesperson, cashier (certified)** * Knowledge of **sales and customer service** in Retail, sub-distribution, and/or construction (desirable) * **Completed secondary education**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Serve customers, identify their needs, and close sales while meeting established targets. * Maintain store order, proper product display, and up-to-date pricing. * Adhere to customer service protocols to ensure customer satisfaction. * Promote current commercial and financial promotions. * Follow up on quotations and support adherence to assigned working hours. * Other duties related to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary * **Commissions** based on achievement of objectives * **Bi-weekly payments** * Opportunity for growth and continuous training. * Indefinite-term contract (3-month probationary period) * Formal payroll registration with full statutory benefits (CTS, bonus, vacation, ESSALUD, family allowance). **Working Hours:** **Availability to work between** 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (rotating shifts), including the following shifts: * Morning shift: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * **Sunday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **1 rotating day off** **Address:** Cusco – San Jerónimo **If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, apply now and become part of a recognized market leader.** Salary: S/.725\.35 \- S/.2,466\.78 per month Workplace: On-site employment
