Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager/Supervisor to manage Markets branches, with experience in management, process control, inventory, and auditing, capable of problem-solving and personnel management. We are a diversified corporation; due to the growth of our Markets business, we require the implementation of the Operations Manager/Supervisor position to oversee various branches located in Lima. If you have experience in management, process control, inventory, and auditing, we want to meet you! REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: completed, ongoing, or incomplete studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of retail experience as a Store Manager, Coordinator, or Administrator (e.g., Tambo, Oxxo, Mass, Listo, or similar). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work rotating shifts of 9 hours (8 hours + 1-hour break), with 1 day off per week. * Willingness to travel to various branches in Lima, Chilca, Chosica, and Callao. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise daily commercial operations of Markets. * Monitor inventory, sales, and administrative reports. * Conduct inventory audits and supervision checklists. * Manage personnel (scheduling, incidents, discipline). * Resolve operational issues in-store. * Support continuous improvement of internal processes and performance indicators. * Provide coverage during contingencies.
