At **Casalinda**, we are looking for our next **Systems Manager**—a leader who will drive innovation and guarantee technological continuity across our stores and offices. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the company’s entire systems management, ensuring the operational reliability of our technological processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (access control, enhancements, incident resolution). * Ensure proper operation of hardware, software, and networks. * Supervise the help desk (Help Desk) and provide support to all departments. * Lead technology development and innovation projects. * Manage servers, data centers, and IT infrastructure. * Train key users (stores and administrative departments). * Ensure operational reliability of systems, websites, and digital platforms. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate in Systems Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading IT departments or teams. * Knowledge of networking, servers, programming, and information security. * Leadership profile, problem-solving ability, and results orientation. * Strong communication skills and teamwork capability. * Prior experience with the ODOO system is mandatory. **What do we offer?** * Full payroll registration. * Professional growth path. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to lead digital transformation within an expanding retail company. **Location:** Central Lima, **Work Mode:** On-site Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
