Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional for the Production and Logistics department, responsible for stock control, order tracking, and personnel management. Opportunity to add value in the production and logistics area We are a company dedicated to the marketing and manufacturing of fiberglass parts, swimming pool items, and other related products. We are currently seeking talent to add value to our Production and Logistics department. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise personnel in their work environment * Deliver products and obtain signature on delivery note (Waybill) * Manage warehouse stock * Monitor production and track orders * Receive merchandise; control product inflow and outflow (Service Waybill, Warehouse Outbound, Warehouse Inbound) * Distribute accessories and tools to operators * Deliver products to customers * Manage inventories (warehouse and store) * Coordinate production activities according to schedule * Generate performance reports based on production output, in coordination with immediate supervisor * Accompany driver for dispatch duties * Package products for final delivery * Inspect staff backpacks at the end of the workday **Requirements**: * Organized, responsible individual available for full-time employment * Ability to adapt, act proactively, and manage deliveries efficiently to meet deadlines * Strong information retention and ability to manage tasks effectively * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles **We Offer**: * Formal employment under MYPE benefits (ESSALUD health insurance, 15 days of vacation, holiday rest) * Sundays off * Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays until 1:00 p.m. (punctuality required) * Salary: S/. 1,200.00 per month * Payment: Biweekly **Position Type**: Full-time, on-site employment.
