Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to organize staff, supervise shipments, manage inventory, and report on products, contributing to operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Manages warehouse staff and daily operations. 2. Supervises shipments, merchandise receipts, and inventory. 3. Collaborates with sales and accounting departments for product management. At Grupo Credivargas, with over 59 years in the market, we are searching for top talent to join one of the companies within Grupo Credivargas, located in the city of **Puerto Maldonado.** Below are the main responsibilities: **(1\) Warehouse Manager** **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution Center Management, as well as Inventory Management techniques. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities**: * Organize warehouse staff for merchandise receipt and dispatch tasks. * Supervise home-delivery shipments to customers within scheduled timeframes. * Supervise merchandise dispatches and receipts. * Prepare and execute inventories as assigned by the Store Manager or internal control. * Report pending shipments and damaged products in the sales area, as well as products nearing expiration, to the sales/commercial department. * Report damaged products in-store, as well as those nearing expiration, to the inventory analyst. * Report merchandise receipts to the accounting department, with the Store Manager’s approval (V.B.) and supporting documentation. * Manage and maintain order in mezzanines and pre-mezzanines, complying with high-level storage procedures. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. **Benefits**: * Join a prestigious company in the industry with over 59 years of experience. * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. **JOIN THIS CORPORATE FAMILY!** Salary: Starting at S/.1,550\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
