At BE360, we are currently searching for an Accounting Manager for our client — a Peruvian technology and cybersecurity company undergoing organizational growth and structural strengthening. We seek a professional with solid accounting and tax expertise, capable of leading the company’s accounting management, reinforcing internal processes, and serving as a strategic partner in decision-making and business growth. Main Responsibilities \* Lead the company’s comprehensive accounting management. \* Prepare and submit monthly financial statements. \* Execute monthly and annual accounting closings. \* Supervise and develop the Accounting Assistant. \* Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with SUNAT regulations. \* Analyze accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounting records. \* Provide technical support for foreign purchases, non-resident services, and imports. \* Handle audits and regulatory authority requests. \* Implement accounting controls, improvements, and processes. \* Advise management on accounting and tax matters for decision-making. What We Are Looking For? \* Licensed Public Accountant. \* Minimum 4 years of experience in General Accounting. \* Experience leading accounting closings and preparing financial statements. \* In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, SUNAT requirements, and fiscal obligations. \* Experience in the accounting treatment of foreign purchases, non-resident services, and imports. \* Ability to advise management and propose accounting and tax solutions. \* Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred), Concar, or similar accounting software. \* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. \* Prior experience in technology, software, or service companies is desirable.
