Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage transactions, prepare financial statements, file tax returns, and optimize resources in a wooden pallet manufacturing company. Cost analysis and resource optimization for profitability. **Company:** Pallets Standard EIRL – Manufacturers of wooden pallets/wooden skids. **Location:** Pan-American Highway North, km. 807 (Lambayeque \- Mórrope) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting or related fields. **Active professional registration and license (preferred).** * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting; experience in audit management and tax compliance. * Knowledge of national and international accounting standards (IFRS, IAS), ERP accounting software, financial analysis, production costs, and Peruvian tax legislation and SUNAT regulations. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Organization, planning, and attention to detail. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. * Teamwork, problem-solving ability, and adaptability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and supervise accounting transactions related to the manufacturing and marketing of wooden pallets. * Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet. * Calculate and file taxes in accordance with current fiscal regulations, ensuring timely payments. * Manage accounts receivable and payable, optimizing cash flow and meeting payment deadlines to suppliers and collection timelines from customers. * Prepare and organize documentation required for internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and order. * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations for the industrial manufacturing sector. * Analyze production costs and propose strategies to optimize resources and improve company profitability. * Generate accounting and financial reports for management, providing key analysis for decision-making. * Identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize financial risks, and maximize profitability. * Provide accounting support to other operational and administrative departments and address any additional requests. * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **OFFERED:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Professional growth opportunities.
