Position Objective: Responsible for ensuring the company’s solvency through control and validation of business proposals developed by the Pricing team, in compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate frameworks. Responsibilities: * Responsible for implementing control measures to validate the insurance product pricing of the company, based on guidelines established by the parent company. * Responsible for reducing the number of incidents and controlling risks across processes. * Alert immediate supervisor regarding identified risks, and implement assigned action plans for risk mitigation. * Responsible for closing recommendations and/or observations arising from audits conducted by the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Funds (SBS), External Auditors, General Inspection, and Internal Audit. * Provide expert opinion on risks, viability, and implications of new products. * Validate that risk premiums comply with Peruvian regulations and Peruvian actuarial practice standards. * Prepare Technical Notes for product registration with the SBS and keep them updated. * Prepare quotations for new business and operations. * Develop the necessary technical bases for pricing products within the Company (exclusively for new business where no current technical base exists). * Produce quotation reports for the Parent Company and validate them. * Develop and update the Underwriting Policy in accordance with requirements set forth by Local Regulation and the Parent Company. * Develop and update the Pricing Policy in accordance with requirements set forth by Local Regulation and the Parent Company. * Respect and ensure compliance with policies related to Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), Financial Security, Anti-Corruption, Protection of Customer Interests (PCI), and Professional Ethics in daily functions. * Respect and apply the principles outlined in the Code of Conduct in daily functions. Requirements: * University graduate holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, and/or Statistics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in actuarial matters within insurance companies. * Intermediate–Advanced English.
