




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage communications, quotations, databases, orders, and coordination with customers and warehouse, as well as support sales and financial management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages effective communication with the sales team and management. 2. Handles quotations, databases, and order tracking. 3. Supports sales management and cash reconciliation. We are a company dedicated to the importation and distribution of spare parts for small vehicles such as: (motokar, linear motorcycle, cargo motorcycle, and scooter). We provide quality and warranty across all product lines. We are looking for an administrative assistant. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain effective communication with both the sales team and management. Issue quotations. Update databases. Track orders. Coordinate with customers regarding shipments. Follow up on quotations. Coordinate with the warehouse department. Schedule payment deadlines for each customer—considering credit lines. Manage sales (present product lines, identify new customers). Organize meetings or customer visits. Reconcile cash registers (stores). Prepare monthly projections. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS Minimum university education. Reside in areas near ATE. Minimum 1 year of experience. Salary negotiable.
