Learn more about this opportunity below: **Objective:** Achieve assigned commercial objectives and promote the FERRETTI company image. **Main Responsibilities:** · Identify potential customers. · Accurately understand FERRETTI product line offerings. · Advise customers by providing product information relevant to their interest throughout the purchasing process. · Ensure achievement of sales targets. · Communicate brand benefits to customers. · Inform and advise customers about monthly promotions. · Commit to and follow up on executed and pending sales. · Maintain product displays in good condition. · Submit periodic reports. · Perform other duties related to the scope of competence as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Are Looking For:** · Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions. · Experience in retail channel sales (mandatory). · Sales techniques (mandatory). · Basic Excel knowledge and numerical aptitude. · Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. **We Offer:** \* Formal employment contract from the first day of work, with all statutory benefits. \* Working hours: Monday to Friday (rotating — any one of the following schedules): * Mon–Fri 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM * Mon–Fri 09:30 AM to 18:30 PM * Mon–Fri 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM Saturday (rotating — any one of the following schedules): * Sat 09:00 AM to 14:00 PM * Sat 13:00 PM to 21:30 PM \* Work location: Surco (near Monitor Oval) Salary: S/.1,999.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work modality: On-site employment
