Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting-Finance professional to manage accounts, bank transactions, and accounting analysis, with attention to detail and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of banking and financial accounting Required Profile: \* Education: Accounting – Finance. \* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing accounting accounts and using banking platforms. \* Competencies: \- Organized and detail-oriented, courteous and efficient. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Proactive and capable of multitasking. \- Oriented toward serving bank officials and suppliers. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Banking platform management. 2\. Cash and bank opening and closing procedures. 3\. Reviewing and verifying bank transaction and petty cash data to ensure recording accuracy. 4\. Recording income (customers) and expenses (suppliers, employees, and others) from bank transactions. 5\. Managing advance payments to suppliers, including their respective applications, as well as handling scheduled payments. 6\. Monitoring sales transactions (payment methods) and verifying them in the financial system. 7\. Tracking and controlling bank transfers. 8\. Analysis of accounting account 10. 9\. Monthly bank reconciliation. 10\. Payment of withholding taxes and related obligations. 11\. Performing finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.
