Beverage preparation and area maintenance A prominent gastronomy-sector company operating cafeterias and concessions—serving factories, clinics, universities, and schools—is seeking personnel for the position of MULTIFUNCTIONAL BARISTA at its Surco location. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * **Rotating shift with one day off per week:** \- Full-time mode: 7 AM–4 PM and 1 PM–10 PM (48 hours per week) \- Days: Monday through Sunday (one day off per week) **LOCATION:** * **Surco Cafeteria (Salguero Avenue)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide friendly and proactive customer service. * Manage daily cafeteria operations. * Prepare beverages (coffee, juices, etc.). * Process hot beverage orders and brew coffee. * Maintain inventory records (kardex) for the assigned area. * Keep the work area immaculate. * Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area. * Support other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of barista experience in cafeterias or similar establishments (preferred). * Barista training course or specialization (desirable). * Basic latte art skills. * Valid Food Handler’s Health Certificate (Carnet de Sanidad). * Immediate availability and full-time commitment to work in Surco. **BENEFITS:** * MYPE payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Family allowance. * Biweekly payments. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Excellent working environment.
