Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to support quotation management, provide assistance to the New Business and Marketing departments, and prepare invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth At Grupo SECURITY TECH, a Peruvian-owned company with over 18 years of experience in the mining, oil, and industrial sectors, we are currently looking for a Commercial Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields \- Course, specialization, or training in commercial management or related areas \- **Minimum 1 year of experience** preparing quotations \- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Prepare, record, and process quotation requests \- Provide support and assistance to the New Business & Marketing department for immediate quotation of services and products \- Prepare and send invoices to clients after verifying submitted documentation and obtaining the client's approval (V°B°) \- If necessary, and upon prior coordination with the Technical Commercial Advisor, consult suppliers regarding material pricing for quotation and budget preparation \- Assist in the continuous creation and updating of billing closure files \- Perform other tasks assigned by the Commercial Manager, Commercial Head, and Commercial Director \- Work location: La Victoria **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration from day one \- Positive work environment \- Career progression opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
