Lead teams and implement improvements We are looking for a professional to lead logistics operations at our Distribution Center, ensuring process efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance with the company-defined service standards. The position will play a key role in defining and optimizing processes, leading teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and ensure proper execution of fulfillment processes, integrating both material and information flows. * Supervise and audit Distribution Center operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards. * Identify, quantify, and mitigate operational risks. * Analyze results and KPIs, preparing management reports and area performance dashboards. * Lead and implement continuous improvement projects, acting as the Logistics reference point in cross-functional initiatives with departments such as Engineering and Continuous Improvement. * Coordinate and develop synergies with internal departments including E-commerce, Customer Service, and other business units. * Participate in operational planning, resource sizing, and allocation. * Lead, develop, and train the team, providing daily guidance and support. * Ensure compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations and maintain conditions required for proper facility operation. * Monitor and present area management and performance indicators. **Requirements** * Proven experience in similar roles within logistics operations, distribution centers, or fulfillment. * Experience leading work teams. * Knowledge of auditing and operational control methodologies. * Experience in data analysis and KPI generation. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Practical knowledge of WMS systems. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization. * Planning and organizational skills. **We seek individuals with:** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Business vision. * Leadership and ability to develop teams. * Proactivity and initiative. * Innovation and continuous improvement mindset. * Negotiation and influencing skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively. **We Offer** The opportunity to join an industry-leading company, actively participating in transformation and process improvement projects within a dynamic and challenging environment.
