Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Resident Engineer with experience in electrical and telecommunications projects to plan, direct, and supervise construction execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the construction team and coordinate with the client and supervision 2. Manage valuations, billing, and technical documentation for extras 3. Plan, direct, and supervise construction execution A company with over 20 years of professional experience, specializing in the installation of wired and wireless telecommunications systems. We are currently seeking highly committed and available individuals to provide operational support and address our clients' requirements. We are seeking an Electrical Resident Engineer: * Location: **Lima/Ica** * Work Mode: On-site \- full-time (Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM) * Contract Type: Estimated duration of 4 months REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed and registered Electrical Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, or Electromechanical Engineer. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer or Project Manager in electrical and telecommunications projects (e.g., airports, schools, buildings, medical centers, or similar). * Experience in commissioning electrical equipment and telecommunications systems, and in contract and valuation management. * Immediate availability to join. * Technical skills: MS Project (advanced), advanced Excel, S10, AutoCAD, cost management, contract management, among others. * Competencies: Leadership, planning and organization, results orientation, decision-making, effective communication, working under pressure. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, direct, and supervise construction execution according to drawings, specifications, and schedule. * Prepare and monitor the target budget, analyzing cost and productivity deviations. * Manage valuations, billing, and technical documentation for extras or time extensions. * Lead the construction team and coordination meetings with the client and supervision. * Ensure compliance with the client's and company's SSOMA (Safety, Security, Occupational Health, and Environment) standards.
