Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth. **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE – CENTRAL, EASTERN, NORTHERN, AND SOUTHERN LIMA** I am currently seeking **Field Sales Representatives** to work in the areas of **Central Lima, Eastern Lima, Northern Lima, and Southern Lima**. We are looking for individuals with a commercial mindset, goal-oriented attitude, and availability to perform fieldwork. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in fieldwork, sales, promotion, or customer acquisition. * Preferably, experience in the traditional channel. * Valid CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. * Availability to work in person. * Availability to work in the assigned zone based on place of residence. **Responsibilities:** * Promote the company’s services at shopping malls, gas stations, and other strategic locations. * Prospect and onboard new users. * Represent the company professionally and with a service-oriented attitude. * Submit daily reports on activities performed and work location. * Maintain regular communication with supervisor or immediate manager. * Participate in virtual or in-person meetings as required. * Contribute to achieving commercial targets. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the immediate manager. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** * Fixed day off: Sundays. **Work Modality:** In-person fieldwork. **Main Office Location:** Jesús María. **Work Zones:** Central Lima, Eastern Lima, Northern Lima, and Southern Lima (assigned according to the collaborator’s residential address). **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime. * Statutory benefits under the MYPE regime (Essalud, bonuses, CTS, vacation, and family allowance, if applicable). * Base salary of **S/ 1,400**. * Commissions. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment. **Monthly Income:** Base salary of **S/ 1,400**, plus performance-based commissions. **If you meet the profile, please submit your updated CV through this channel.** Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Work Location: In-person employment
