Job Summary: Inventory Control Analyst responsible for ensuring consistency and accuracy of Kardex operations, supervising cycle counts, and analyzing inventory discrepancies. Participates in training the operational team on inventory management. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure consistency, coherence, and accuracy of all operations affecting warehouse Kardex records. * Plan, supervise, and analyze results of cycle counts across various locations within the Distribution Center under Picking and Reserve categories. * Consolidate monthly Cycle Count History results and present them to the Supervisor and Inventory Control Manager, analyzing the impact of inbound and outbound adjustments on WMS and ODBMS platforms in the ERI\_ERU Report. * Analyze the impact of inventory inbound and outbound movements and their correct posting in both platforms (WMS and ODBMS). * Update indicators on the Control Dashboard and submit the summary to the Inventory Supervisor. * Assign internal operational staff appropriately across shifts to maximize productivity in each process. * Record, download, analyze results, root causes, and deviations related to shrinkage across various Distribution Center processes. * Validate internal staff work reports with reliable information, verifying incidents on-site and coordinating with supervisors, coordinators, and the Logistics Sub-Manager to implement corrective actions for detected incidents. * Actively participate in daily Distribution Center meetings to report incidents occurred during the day and propose potential solutions to mitigate identified issues. \-Analyze discrepancies reported by Sodimac Chain stores — Master Store, Virtual Stores, C\&C Stores, and Warehouses. * Plan, organize, and deliver training to the operational team on the Annual General Inventory process. Perform other duties assigned by the Inventory Control Manager and Supervisor, and propose process improvements for effective inventory administration.**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduate / Technical professional or student from the 8th semester onwards in Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in WMS / SQL / Locker Studio; expertise in Omnichannel processes and Project Management. * Communication skills at all levels; analytical ability; leadership; and ability to work under pressure. * Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Receiving, Inventory, Stock Management, or Audit Processes. * Availability: Monday to Friday — 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional Saturday work. * Advanced Excel knowledge.
