Position Summary: Casa Causa Perú is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive store growth, and ensure an excellent customer experience with high merchandise turnover. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the sales team and achieve sales targets. 2. Design and implement commercial campaigns and sales strategies. 3. Continuously train, motivate, and provide feedback to the team. **Casa Causa Perú** is looking for a **Sales Manager** to lead our sales team and continue driving the growth of our stores. **What will be your mission?** Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, ensure an excellent experience for our customers, and maintain high merchandise turnover, contributing to the sustainable growth of Casa Causa. **What will you do?** * Lead and support the sales teams across our stores. * Monitor daily sales performance and target achievement. * Analyze key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities. * Design and implement commercial campaigns, promotions, and strategies to increase sales. * Supervise merchandise organization, cleanliness, display, and restocking. * Coordinate with Operations for product inflow and outflow to maintain appropriate inventory turnover. * Train, motivate, and consistently provide feedback to the team. * Prepare commercial reports and present results to Management. * Propose improvements to optimize the shopping experience and store performance. * Social media sales (TikTok) **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** leading sales teams, preferably in retail. * Proficiency in commercial KPIs and sales analysis. * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Organized, proactive, and capable of making decisions. * Enjoys leading teams and working toward goals. * Availability to work on-site. * Reside in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary * Commission based on target achievement * Formal employment under the **Microenterprise Regime** * A collaborative and purpose-driven work environment.
