Job Summary: A seafood and traditional Peruvian cuisine restaurant is seeking Waiters/Hostesses to provide customer service and support, while maintaining order and cleanliness. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area Job Description: **Job Description** A seafood and traditional Peruvian cuisine restaurant seeks to hire: **2\*** WAITERS \- HOSTESSES, **preferably with prior experience, for its Jesús María branch\*. **Main Responsibilities** for the Waiter\-Hostess position: * Learn and master the menu. * Greet customers and take orders. * Serve customers according to the service protocol. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. * Follow Good Food Handling Practices. * Attend training sessions. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Etc. **Employment Conditions**: **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM * Friday to Sunday: 9 AM to 7 PM Formal payroll under MYPE regime. 15 days of paid vacation per year. Mid-year and year-end bonus equivalent to half a month’s salary (July and December). CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) deposit: one-quarter of monthly salary, twice per year. ESSALUD contributions are covered by Berypez. AFP and ONP deductions apply to the employee’s salary. Lunch is provided. Public holidays are paid. Tips belong to the employee.
