Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and empathetic professional to manage digital and telephone interactions with patients, focusing on sales, appointment follow-up, and information recording, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Highlights: 1. Manages patient interactions via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. 2. Makes phone calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments. 3. Negotiation-oriented, proactive attitude with a focus on closing sales. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or contact center roles (preferred). * Experience in customer follow-up, appointment management, or digital channel handling will be valued. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Timely management of patient interactions through digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. * Telephone contact with patients to schedule, confirm, and follow up on their appointments. * Recording and updating information regarding completed interactions in internal systems. * Preparing daily follow-up and service outcome reports. * Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Availability to work full-time**, with openness to adhere to the established full schedule. **Proven experience** in customer service and sales within a Call or Contact Center (minimum 1 year, preferred). **Ability to analyze data** and identify opportunities with potential patients. **Negotiation-oriented and proactive attitude**, with a focus on closing sales. **Clear and effective communication** to connect with customers and build trust. **Active listening and empathy** to understand each patient’s needs. **Results-oriented mindset**, committed to improving efficiency, customer retention, and business growth.
