Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage digital and telephone interactions with patients, schedule appointments, and maintain records, with an emphasis on sales and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Manage interactions and schedule appointments through digital channels. 2. Drive results with a focus on sales closure and customer satisfaction. 3. Initial training for successful performance. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or contact center roles (preferred). * Experience in customer follow-up, appointment management, or digital channel handling will be valued. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Timely management of patient interactions via digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. * Telephone contact with patients to schedule, confirm, and follow up on their appointments. * Record and update information regarding completed interactions in internal systems. * Prepare daily reports on follow-up activities and service outcomes. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to the position. * 3 days of in-person theoretical training. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Full-time availability** during the established working hours. **Proven experience** in customer service and sales within a Call or Contact Center (minimum 1 year, preferred). **Ability to analyze data** and identify opportunities with potential patients. **Negotiation and proactive attitude**, focused on sales closure. **Clear and effective communication** to connect with customers and build trust. **Active listening and empathy** to understand the needs of each patient. **Results-oriented mindset**, committed to improving efficiency, customer retention, and business growth.
