This is your opportunity to join our team! **NOTE**: *This position is for an administrative office.* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year student or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Willingness to learn and accept guidance. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Organizational skills and time management capability. * Basic knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with job portals and recruitment channels is desirable. * Must reside in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas **(Mandatory)** **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM / Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Post job openings on various platforms and social media. * Screen candidate resumes according to required profiles. * Contact and schedule interviews with applicants. * Assist in conducting individual or group interviews. * Manage and maintain the applicant database up-to-date. * Coordinate with store administrators to identify staffing needs. * Support activities related to new employee onboarding. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Employment under payroll (MYPE). * Excellent working climate. * Birthday courtesy. * Learning opportunity in a dynamic environment.
