At **Hipermercado Cerámico**, a formal, 100% Peruvian company and leader in construction finishing materials with over 60 years in the market, we are looking for a proactive **Commercial Advisor / Sales Advisor**, with a service-oriented attitude and passion for sales, to join our team in **Ayacucho**. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * 6 months of sales experience (retail or similar). * Employment certificate verifying at least 6 months of sales experience. * Intermediate-level Word proficiency. * Basic ERP knowledge. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customer needs and generate sales opportunities to meet the established sales budget and contribute to customer satisfaction. * Review and execute in-store product distribution according to the assigned zone to meet targets and maintain updated prices and products. * Adhere to the customer service protocol to achieve satisfied customers. * Comply with the scheduled work hours set by your supervisor to ensure continuous customer service coverage. * Create and maintain a quotation database with complete customer information to enable accurate quotation follow-up. * Promote assigned commercial and financial offers to retain customers and increase sales. * Complete monthly assigned trainings according to the established modality (virtual or in-person). * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one (including all statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation, EsSalud, profit sharing, family allowance). * Career path and real internal growth opportunities. * Base salary + attractive unlimited commissions. * Ongoing training to enhance your skills. * Corporate discounts and additional benefits.
